I can't find a way to access the streaming service on the Xbox one short of loading the browser and that says "incompatible browser"Īlso I'm kinda pissed that the deal sounded great and then after I got off the phone (3 days later) I get an update email that shows instead of $44.99 like it was supposed to be, they had a system glitch and it's actually $44.99 plus an $8 fee for broadcast the (basically charging me $8 for the tv I already get with an antenna) and then another $5 in taxes and fees so my bill is now higher than before I called in.Everything related to the Xbox One. She was very adamant that I wouldn't have any problems using their service. No Roku, no Samsung smart TV, just an Xbox one. The promos were pretty crap compared to last year, but the lady I talked to offered the $44.99 internet + Comcast instant TV package.
